Job Responsibilities
As an HR Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and creating detailed job descriptions.
- Utilizing various recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interview selection.
- Conducting preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Providing candidates with timely updates and feedback through each stage of the hiring process.
- Maintaining a database of candidates for future openings and conducting follow-up with passive candidates.
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a positive transition into the company.
- Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the Progressive Company brand and attract talent.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.
