• Prepare regular reports on ad performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and digital marketing experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment advertising or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of online recruitment platforms and job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor).
• Proficient in using Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and other digital marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging content.
