• Manage budget for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

• Lead webinars, workshops, and other engagement activities to educate potential candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in recruitment marketing or HR.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
