Current Open Positions

We are currently seeking passionate professionals for the following positions:

1. Nurse Practitioner

• Location: Main Health Centre
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct health assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Manage chronic diseases and care for acute illnesses.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification.
  • Experience in community health is preferred.

2. Community Health Worker

• Location: Outreach Program
• Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals and families in accessing health services.
  • Provide education on preventive health practices.
  • Build relationships within the community to strengthen health initiatives.
• Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience in health promotion or community service.
  • Cultural competence and bilingual skills are a plus.

3. Administrative Assistant

• Location: Administrative Office
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage patient records and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
• Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
