Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive relations with residents, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage financial aspects of the property, including budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor negotiations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Implement and manage community events and activities to foster resident engagement and build a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with the board of directors to develop and implement property policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to property management.
  • Utilize property management software to track maintenance requests, budget expenditures, and resident communications.

Qualifications

To be successful in this condo management job, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts.
  • Knowledge of local property management laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious community environment.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
