We have the following positions available:

1. Support Worker

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum

Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day support to our residents. You will assist with personal care, life skills training, and facilitating community engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized support plans alongside residents
• Assist individuals in managing their daily activities
• Provide emotional support and encourage independence
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

2. Housing Officer

Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum

Role Overview: The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing a caseload of residents, addressing housing issues, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of residents’ needs and eligibility for housing support
• Facilitate housing applications and liaise with local authorities
• Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements
• Provide advice and guidance on housing options and rights

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a housing management role
• Strong knowledge of housing laws and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
