Current Open Positions

We have multiple openings in our coaching staff. Below are some of the positions we are looking to fill:

1. Head Swim Coach

In this pivotal role, you will lead our swim team, designing and implementing comprehensive training programs.

• Responsibilities:
  • Develop seasonal training plans focused on technique, endurance, and performance.
  • Monitor swimmer progress and adjust training as necessary.
  • Provide feedback and support to swimmers during practices and meets.
  • Coordinate with other coaches and staff to ensure seamless program operation.
• Qualifications:
  • ASCA Level 2 certification or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years of competitive coaching experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for coaching and developing young athletes.

2. Assistant Swim Coach

As an Assistant Coach, you will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the program while working closely with swimmers.

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing training sessions.
  • Help monitor swimmer technique and performance.
  • Provide encouragement and motivation to swimmers during practice.
  • Participate in swim meets and other events as directed.
• Qualifications:
  • ASCA Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience in competitive swimming.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.

3. Swim Instructors

We are looking for enthusiastic swim instructors to teach swim lessons to beginners and intermediate swimmers.

• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct swimming lessons in a safe and engaging manner.
  • Ensure all swimmers are monitored and supported throughout the session.
  • Provide feedback on swimmer technique and improvement.
  • Always maintain a positive and encouraging attitude.
• Qualifications:
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Experience in teaching swimming or working with children.
  • Friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt coaching strategies.
