Job Responsibilities

As a BCABA in our remote team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting functional assessments to identify the behavioral needs of clients.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and monitoring client progress.
• Providing parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency in interventions.
• Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design effective treatment strategies.
• Documenting and analyzing data to track client outcomes and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participating in regular team meetings and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for our BCABA remote jobs will possess the following qualifications:

• Active BCABA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Experience in providing ABA services to children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
