Job Responsibilities
As a BCABA in our remote team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting functional assessments to identify the behavioral needs of clients.
- Implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and monitoring client progress.
- Providing parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency in interventions.
- Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design effective treatment strategies.
- Documenting and analyzing data to track client outcomes and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participating in regular team meetings and continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for our BCABA remote jobs will possess the following qualifications:
- Active BCABA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Experience in providing ABA services to children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
