Job Overview

The role of a Care Home Assistant is vital to the smooth operation of our facility. As a part-time team member, you will assist our residents with daily activities, ensuring that they maintain their independence and experience a high quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help residents with mobility and daily living activities.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
• Support individuals with meals, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Communicate effectively with families and the care team regarding residents’ needs.

Position Details

We are looking for dedicated individuals who can fill the following shifts:

• Weekdays: 4 PM – 8 PM
• Weekends: 8 AM – 4 PM or 4 PM – 8 PM

This is a part-time role, offering flexible hours designed to fit around your schedule while allowing us to meet the needs of our residents.
