Job Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in the following aspects of care for our clients:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and engaging in social activities to enhance the client’s well-being.
• Administering medications as directed and monitoring health status.
• Supporting clients with mobility and physical activities.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Keeping accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client’s condition to family members and healthcare providers.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this caregiver role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (such as CNA or HHA).
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is highly appreciated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor with a commitment to providing top-notch care.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
