Job Title: CNC Milling Machine Operator

As a part of our talented team, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality products using CNC milling machines. Your expertise will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to fabricate precision components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine appropriate tooling and machining operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of tools and machines to ensure quality output and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including tracking material usage and labor hours.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubrication to enhance longevity and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and production managers to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a CNC milling machine operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).
• Experience with various types of materials and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
