Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or similar role.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools (such as Apache NiFi, Talend, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with data warehousing and data modeling principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

While these are not required, candidates familiar with the following will have an advantage:

• Big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and concepts.
