Job Opportunities

We have various positions available within our care home, including but not limited to:

1. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, provide basic care, and support their comfort and well-being.

• Responsibilities:
  • Support residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents’ vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Assist with mobility and transport residents to various locations within the facility.
• Qualifications:
  • Must be a certified nursing assistant.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

2. Registered Nurses (RN)

Our RNs lead the clinical care team to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents.

• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Qualifications:
  • Current and valid RN license.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Activities Coordinator

The Activities Coordinator will plan and execute engaging activities for residents, promoting a vibrant community life.

• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a monthly activity schedule tailored to residents’ interests.
  • Encourage participation and socialize residents during activities.
  • Ensure the health and safety of residents during all activities.
• Qualifications:
  • Experience in recreational therapy or activities coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
