Job Overview

We are currently seeking home help professionals to assist clients with daily living tasks and companionship. The primary goal of this role is to help clients live as independently as possible while maintaining a safe and enriching home environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with meal preparation and planning according to dietary needs and preferences.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities, such as reading, games, and conversation.
Assist clients in managing medication, ensuring they follow prescribed routines.
Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces.
Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or recreational activities as needed.
Observe and report any changes in clients’ physical or emotional health to family members or supervisory staff.

Qualifications

To be successful in the home help role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience in personal care, home help, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine compassion for others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel to clients’ homes.
Background check clearance is mandatory.
