Key Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate music data in our database, including song titles, artist names, album details, genre, and release dates.
• Verify and cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with research to gather missing data or correct inaccuracies in the music catalog.
• Collaborate with team members to identify data trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the music licensing team with data entry related to rights ownership and track use.
• Produce regular reports on data accuracy and database integrity.
• Remain current with music industry trends and changes that affect data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or data management roles, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with music terminology and various genres.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
