Key Responsibilities:

• Guide new educators through the job search process by offering personalized advice on job applications, interviews, and curriculum vitae preparation.
• Conduct workshops and informational sessions focusing on effective job search strategies and techniques.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date resources that assist educators in their job search, including databases of job postings, networking tips, and interview techniques.
• Collaborate with schools and districts to understand their hiring needs and communicate these to candidates.
• Provide ongoing support to clients during the interview process and follow up to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continually improve the job search support services offered.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, career coaching, or educational consulting.
• Strong knowledge of the job market for educators and understanding of hiring trends in the education sector.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and demonstrate empathy in all interactions.
