Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with a team of recruitment professionals to achieve shared goals and targets.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and motivated attitude, with a passion for helping people succeed.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and social media platforms is a plus.
