Role Overview

As a Remote Job Coach, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their job search process. You will work one-on-one with individuals to develop personalized strategies that align with their skills, experiences, and career aspirations. Your support and expertise will help clients navigate today’s competitive job market and build sustainable careers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients via video calls and phone calls.
Assist clients in identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and career goals.
Provide guidance on resume writing, cover letter crafting, and job application processes.
Help clients prepare for interviews through mock interview sessions and targeted feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and job market changes to inform clients.
Develop and implement customized action plans for clients, setting realistic goals and timelines.
Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
Create and facilitate workshops and webinars on various career-related topics.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, or talent development.
Strong knowledge of job search strategies, industry trends, and networking techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to coaching.
Proficient in using remote communication tools (Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
Experience working with diverse populations, including underserved communities, is a plus.
