Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain accurate data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and reliable.
Collaborate with senior data analysts and project managers to ensure the successful execution of surveys.
Assist in analyzing survey results, helping to generate insightful reports for clients.
Provide excellent customer service to participants and stakeholders, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving data collection processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in social sciences or a related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with participants effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online survey platforms.
Previous experience in a survey assistant or data collection role is preferred but not required.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
