Job Overview
We are looking for candidates to fill multiple positions within our Survey Department. Successful candidates will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys that provide critical insights for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage surveys from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Analyze survey results and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Utilize statistical software and tools to manage and interpret data effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine survey instruments and methodologies.
- Conduct thorough market research across diverse industries, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity and adherence to ethical standards in survey research.
- Provide training and support to junior staff and interns within the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Market Research, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in survey research or market analysis.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under tight deadlines.
