Job Responsibilities

Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Verifying customer identity and maintaining confidentiality on all transactions.
Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our banking services effectively.
Maintain cash drawer, ensuring accuracy of transactions and balancing at the end of each shift.
Promote bank products and services to customers based on their financial needs.
Adhere to all banking regulations and policies to ensure compliance and security.
Support branch operations with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or finance.
Basic mathematical skills for accurately handling transactions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with banking software and technology is preferred.
