UI/UX Designer (Remote)

Role Overview
As our UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user interface and experience of our products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create aesthetically pleasing, functional, and user-friendly digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications
- Design user flows and interaction models to improve the overall user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design
- Provide actionable feedback to improve usability and customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development of design guidelines and specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
