Job Overview

As a Remote Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our admissions team and helping guide prospective students through the application process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and chat.
  • Conducting interviews and information sessions to provide insight into our programs.
  • Assisting applicants through the admissions process, including application submission and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborating with the admissions team to develop and refine best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in our CRM system.
  • Participating in virtual recruitment events and webinars.
  • Providing administrative support, including scheduling interviews and preparing outreach materials.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess a unique combination of skills and experiences, including:

  • A bachelor’s degree in education, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or customer service (preferably in an academic setting).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
